Our O-health classes are kept small to ensure an individualised approach so we can support you to rehabilitate an injury, recover or prepare for surgery or help with a chronic condition. Our exercises are designed to optimise core stability, balance control and strength by using body weighted exercises, fitballs, hand weights and therabands.

The following are a description of our O-health exercise classes.

LL-health
Focus in on improving mobility and strength for the entire lower leg, and back! We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced levels to cater for all needs.

Pilates
Pilates is a low impact full body exercise class that focuses on core strength, muscle strength, flexibility and posture.

GLA:D
Good Life with osteoArthritis Denmark (GLA:D), is a 7 week education and strength program for individuals with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis.

OA-health (post GLA:D)
The focus of this class is to maintain and build on the strength gained during GLA:D.

Youth-health
We teach youth/adolescents the ability to perform basic exercises that will help to improve movement quality and decrease their risk of injury.

Type II Diabetes
Our Exercise Physiologist can help those living with Type II Diabetes. This class has assisted compensation from Medicare, making it an affordable way to manage your health. Call us on 6021 2777 for more information on how to sign up.
