Our O-health classes are kept small to ensure an individualised approach so we can support you to rehabilitate an injury, recover or prepare for surgery or help with a chronic condition. Our exercises are designed to optimise core stability, balance control and strength by using body weighted exercises, fitballs, hand weights and therabands.
The following are a description of our O-health exercise classes.
LL-health – Focus in on improving mobility and strength for the entire lower leg, and back! We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced levels to cater for all needs.
Pilates: Pilates is a low impact full body exercise class that focuses on core strength, muscle strength, flexibility and posture.
GLA:D: Good Life with osteoArthritis Denmark (GLA:D), is a 7 week education and strength program for individuals with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis.
OA-health (post GLA:D): The focus of this class is to maintain and build on the strength gained during GLA:D.
Youth-health: We teach youth/adolescents the ability to perform basic exercises that will help to improve movement quality and decrease their risk of injury.
