They’re tertiary-qualified experts who specialise in strength and conditioning, creating tailored programs that help you build functional strength, improve movement, and reach your personal goals – whether that’s performance gains in sports, managing chronic pain, or simply moving better for everyday life.
When would I see an Exercise Scientist?
If you are passionate about your fitness or rehabilitation outcomes.
We are passionate too, especially about your strength and conditioning. Our Exercise Scientists will work with you to develop functional programs to improve your health, get you back-on-track after injury, develop athletic qualities important to success, and assist with chronic pain management.
We use Strength and Conditioning (S&C) to assess your function/movement and develop a personalised program to improve how you move, reduce pain, and enhance performance in all aspects of life.
Each session in our purpose built strength and conditioning gym will help you meet your performance, fitness, and health goals. They will focus on functional strength and power, speed and agility, injury recovery and prevention, running performance and speed, improvement of mechanics, technique, and form.
We’ll help you move better, feel better, perform better, and avoid injury. But commitment and consistency are key. This is how you will see real results and maintain them. Think of this less as a treatment and more as a lifestyle.
