How It Works
Our Clinical Movement Program flows through three clear phases:
Phase 1 – Foundation: Your Personal Plan (for new participants)
- 1:1 sessions with your Exercise Physiologist to assess your movement, set your goals, and design a plan around your body and lifestyle.
- Creates confidence and clarity before beginning group work.
Phase 2 – Progress In Practice: 10 Week Group Program
- 2 supervised group sessions per week (20 per program) in our O-gym.
- 2 1:1 progress check-ins (15 minutes), to re-test key measures, track improvements, and adjust your plan for continued progress.
- Build strength, confidence, and resilience in a supportive environment.
Phase 3 – Review & Renew: Planning Your Next Chapter
- 1:1 final progress screen with your EP to assess your function, celebrate progress, and decide your best next step – whether that’s another program, a new goal, or ongoing support.

Phase 1 is billed separately so that we can personalise your care. Phases 2 & 3 are a packaged program. Payment is due at the start of the program, with the choice of weekly direct debit or a discounted upfront option. This is claimable through private health at program completion.
