Molly McGrath

Exercise Physiologist

B. Ex. Science & M. Ex Phys. Member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA)

Molly is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at O-health. Her work is helping people get stronger, move better and build confidence in what their body can do — and making exercise something that fits into the day, rather than something that has to be squeezed into it.

If you’re weighing up whether exercise physiology is for you, Molly’s advice is straightforward: give it a go. You don’t need to be an experienced gym-goer. Knowing what to prescribe, how to load it safely and when to progress it — that’s her job. Exercise physiology starts with where you are now, then builds toward where you want to be.

Molly runs several of our Clinical Movement Program classes: 60-minute small group sessions where everyone works through their own program, at their own pace, written around their own goals. They suit people managing a chronic condition, wanting to stay independent, rebuilding strength and fitness after an injury or illness, or looking for progress they can measure.

“My favourite thing about O-health is the community — between the team and between the people who train here. Everyone’s working toward something, and everyone’s backing everyone else in.”

Molly grew up in Wodonga. Outside the clinic she plays netball, runs, and catches up with friends.
