Tilly Cook
Physiotherapist
B Physiotherapy
Originally from Queensland, Tilly grew up in Wagga. Her journey into physiotherapy wasn’t a straight line – after initially working in the construction industry, she returned to school and discovered a deep interest in human movement and connection. That decision led her to complete a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury.
Tilly brings warmth, curiosity, and a passion for helping people move with confidence to the O-health team. She loves working with people through every stage of their recovery, helping them regain confidence, rebuild strength, and get back to the things they love (or try something they never thought possible). She believes no two patients are the same, and takes pride in creating personalised care that reflects each person’s goals, values, and life experiences.
She has a particular passion for supporting older adults to maintain independence and quality of life, as well as a growing interest in sports injury rehab – drawing from her own diverse background in gymnastics, powerlifting, and CrossFit-style training.
Outside of work, you’ll find Tilly experimenting with new recipes, staying active at CrossFit, building intricate metal or wooden models, and always up for trying something new – whether it’s learning an instrument or planning a weekend with friends and family.
Tilly is thrilled to be part of the O-health community and is excited to work alongside clients and colleagues to help people feel strong, capable, and supported.
