Justine is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong interest in lower limb injuries, ACL rehab, and helping active people of all ages return to the things they love. Since graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2015, she has worked extensively in private practice, supporting a wide range of patients – from young athletes to older adults building strength and confidence.
Justine brings nearly a decade of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehab, and sport-specific recovery. She’s particularly passionate about working with netballers, kids developing their movement foundations, and women over 60 who want to stay strong, mobile and independent. She also has additional training in Clinical Pilates, TMJ, paediatrics, and ACL management.
