Isabel Long

Exercise Scientist

Originally from Mulwala and now proud to call Albury home, Izzi brings a warm, energised presence to the O-health team – alongside a deep understanding of how movement can transform health and confidence.

With a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Charles Sturt University and accreditation as an Exercise Scientist through ESSA, Izzi is passionate about helping people move well, feel strong, and stay independent. She works closely with clients to create tailored, goal-driven programs that support recovery, performance, and long-term wellbeing.

Growing up immersed in sport – especially track and field – Izzi saw firsthand the difference a great coach can make. That experience inspired her career: to guide others with that same support, insight, and encouragement.

Izzi enjoys working across a wide range of client goals, with particular interest in youth strength and conditioning, sports performance, and musculoskeletal rehab. During her placements, she developed a sharp eye for personalising programs to each person’s needs, stage of life, and movement goals.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her on the league tag field, exploring local trails, or catching up with friends and family.

Izzi’s excited to be part of the O-health team and looks forward to helping clients build strength, confidence, and control – so they can keep doing the things they love.
