Adam Stirling

Exercise Physiologist

B Ex. Science, M Clin Ex Sc & Rehab, Accredited Ex. Physiologist.

Adam is an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a strong interest in neurological conditions, osteoporosis, persistent pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation. He takes a practical, personalised approach to helping patients rebuild strength, improve function, and get back to doing the things they love.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Clinical Practice) and a Master of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, both from Victoria University, graduating in 2018.

His journey into exercise physiology began after dealing with constant back issues while working as a carpenter. After working closely with physios and EPs – and seeing firsthand how they helped – he became increasingly interested in the field. He took the leap into full-time study and hasn’t looked back since.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Adam kicking the footy, swinging a golf club, exploring new trails, fishing, or adventuring in his caravan with fiancée Emma and their two dogs, Boomer and Archie.

Areas of special interest:

  • Neurological conditions
  • Osteoporosis
  • Persistent pain management
