Our O-health classes are kept small to ensure an individualised approach.

Our exercises are designed to optimise core stability, balance control and strength by using body weighted exercises, fitballs, hand weights and therabands.

How to get started

We look forward to working with you to rehabilitate an injury, recover or prepare for surgery, or to help with a chronic condidition. All of our classes are facilitated by experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, so you are always in good hands.

  1. Book your Initial Physio Assessment. Your physio will help determine which class would be best suited to you based on your goals and experience.
  2. Trial a group exercise class. These classes have limited numbers to ensure you have appropriate supervision and assistance.
  3. After your trial, you can decide if our O-health classes are for you and whether or not you would like to sign up for the term!

Class Types

Core Health

Pilates-based exercise on the mat to keep your back and core strength.

LL-health

Focus on improving mobility and strength for the entire lower leg and back.

General Strength

A whole-body strength workout with your injuries in mind to keep you doing what you love.

Group EP

A group class but with your own unique exercise program to help you reach your specific goals. *An assessment from one of our Exercise Physiologist is required

Senior Strength

An interactive exercise class to improve your strength and mobility as you age.

Youth-health

We teach youth/adolescents the ability to perform basic exercises that will help to improve movement quality and decrease their risk of injury.

Youth-performance

Aimed at young athletes looking to improve strength and decrease their risk of injury during sport.

Balance

Practice makes perfect. A class to challenge your balance and coordination as you age.

Maternal-health

A safe and gentle way to exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. 3 options are available based on your life stage. *An assessment from one of our Therapists is required.

Golf-health

Strength and mobility to improve your golf game without hitting a ball.

GLA:D

Good Life with osteoArthritis Denmark (GLA:D), is a 7-week education and strength program for individuals with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis. *Prices and times differ

OA-health

The focus of this class is to maintain and build on the strength gained during GLA:D.

Type II Diabetes

An exercise class for those with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Subsidised through Medicare. *Referral from GP required.

Next Steps

Recovery after cancer treatment, combining the best of yoga for flexibility, pilates for strength, and Cardio for fitness. *Funding available for most people.

DVA

An exercise class for all DVA cardholders. *Referral from GP required.
