Welcome to 2019 everyone! Let me introduce myself. My name is Helina and I am the newest addition to the fantastic Osteohealth team.

I have recently graduated from RMIT University as an Osteopath and have made a great decision to relocate from Melbourne to Albury.

My love for Osteopathy has derived from my extensive soccer background and my caring nature of helping people blossom to their greatest potential.

In my spare time, I LOVE to eat (taking recommendations of great eateries), exercise, sing (I am not very good but who doesn’t love to sing) and travel!

My welcoming from the Osteohealth team has been delightful and somewhat insightful.. here you are looking at a laser tag champion! Who would of though? NOT ME!!

Moving forward, I am excited to commence my journey at Osteohealth, meet with all the existing patients and welcoming on new patients!
